Japan is my preferred realm as it offers the best latency from Vladivostok. However, last few days every other instance results in infinite latency.
My fallback is Moscow but last night and this morning I an unable to connect:

If I do get in, the connection is invariably drooped soon after.
Really not conducive to playing the game.
