You have a lot of health point few clicks away so invest there.
Your gear has lots of life,more elemental damage on them would be great also.
Your armor although 5L doesn't have life on it.
Since you are a Blood Magic Bowrauder try to get life from wherever you can.
Passives and gear also.

You could use a divine on that bow since it has low properties also.

Your skills are linked as they should.

I agree with what Slagmaur said and since there rather cheap I would suggest picking up a 48%+ blackgleam to pair with your bow and see how that works out for you.
