Blackscreen and loading problems

Hello, I wanted to share the bugs I have faced recently this league. I have read in posts other people also experience those problems but I did not seen any solutions. I play on fairly bad eqiupment: HP elitebook 850G. My settings for the game are: everything on the lowest possible option + all the sound effects set to false from the config file.


I acually was playing fine for like 2 years up to this league. Since 4 or 5 days I get massive loading time: 3-5 min when I enter the the city after opening the game and 3-5min when entering hideout. It then gets better with time spent in the session.

Second main problem are black screens. At some point of the map I get screen freeze and then black screen with those 2 gears circling stays for 1-2min. It can happen few times per map but I usually die during this time anyway and when I respawn at hideout there is no more black screen. It can happen few times when I enter the map.
I am not sure if this is caused by any specific interactions. The only few I thought were relevant are: during phase change on bosses - eater balls and exarch balls, at some point of the blight and during harvest. It also happens randomly in maps.

So far to try to solve those issues I have:
-changed steam client to standalone
-used different network
-uptaded graphics card drivers and changed them
-changed servers: like 1 guy made a 3 min video about it. But why do you even post a video about saying you are gonna try to fix it instead of trying and not posting video if it doesn't work

This message is for devs but if you have encountered same problems and you know/don't know how to fix them let me know,
