Amelioration omen is used while doing pinnacle bosses

Wanted to test to see if an amelioration omen is used during a pinnacle boss fight, since this patch you are no longer lossing xp on death while doing pinnacles. But it still used the omen but didn't lose ANY xp. So basically lost an omen for nothing. So just a heads up if anyone is using them, put them in a stash before doing pinnacles, just in case you die and it would use them.
