Game keeps crashing in act 4 harvest.

I tried changing it to direct x 11 / windowed version / fps capped / vsync disabled / all mtx off.

When i use the teleporter to where piety stands and walk to either of the sides to get the organs the game just crashes.

I do not recall this happening when i was playing on the normal mercenary league.
But i have a 100% reproduction rate on my ruthless league marauder.

I can't play the game. I am hard stuck here and can't get the last organ (maligaro).

I need some help.

If you haven't already, try 1. Verify your client's content and 2. Clear your client's cache in Troubleshooting your Path of Exile client in the General Troubleshooting Guide sticky thread. I'm not trying to be lazy; I just can't give step-by-step instructions without knowing whether you play through Steam, the standalone game client or the Epic Games Store.

It's worth trying a client repair before deleting the cache - the former might help, and the latter will have performance implications that you might be able to avoid.
