PoE1 Disconnected upon loading into Vaals City on Act7

For the last 3 days I have been trying to enter this Vaals city map but always disconnected. I did try validating the game file, restarted my router or even try teleported to friends but still not working. I'm playing a new character at the moment but afraid that it might get the same issue when reach the same chapter. Is there any advices I could use to fix this issue?
