Failed to connect to instance error

Hi, I can not play the game right now because of the connection issues. When i try to use a portal or (sometimes) connect to the game the game does not let me join and it leads me back to the main screen. I tried different servers, different DNS and nothing solved it yet. And there is something i noticed, when i click to change the server i does not show the latency of the servers. Sometimes game shows one or two of the server's latencies. What can i do to solve this?
