Aspect ratio issues 21:9

Upon launching the game I noticed I have the loading screen squished and blank parts on the side. When in game during a loading screen I have black bars on the side that are now bigger than they used to be in prior leagues. In game my character feels zoomed in, the graph is huge for me, and icons are slightly bigger than they used to be. I haven't changed any of my settings. I've been getting motion sickness and headaches with this camera view, please help I'm begging y'all.
