Very high latency spikes in random instances.

I am getting latency spikes that last upwards of minutes. They happen at any time I've played (I have played the game at 2am, noon, morning and evening).
I've tried to trace the bad instances and I'm getting no response from host in most and then the actual IP always has no packet loss but randomly spikes up as well. In the actual game it runs fine at 20-23 MS of latency until it spikes to between 10 seconds to 5 minutes, sometimes restarting the game will fix it but usually when it happens it'll start to happen anytime I connect to the instance (which is oftentimes my hideout) I am running the game on linux through proton, but this has been occuring when I used to use windows as well (unable to test if it as I no longer have a windows PC). Running the 6.15.3-arch1-1 kernel. Example trace, but it looks the mostly same with every instance I've traced with the average being within 20ms of this :
