Unable to pass through doors in Villa map

There are two doorways leading forwards. In one of them, I'm unable to open the doors at all, when I click on them, character moves towards but nothing happens.
For the other ones, had similar problem but after trying a couple of times I managed to open them. However, I'm still unable to pass through them - character desyncs and gets teleported back when I try to walk/dash through them.

I tried going to hideout and back and even restarting the game, nothing helped.
