Disconnected – This operation requires the account to be logged in.

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing a critical issue when trying to play Path of Exile on my PlayStation 5.

Every time I try to load into a map or new area, I get disconnected with the following error message:

“Disconnected – This operation requires the account to be logged in.”

I’m logged into PSN normally, and I’ve already tried all of the following:
- Reinstalled the game
- Deleted local save data and loot filters
- Restarted my PS5 and internet
- Signed out and back into PSN
- Verified my internet connection (stable LAN)
- Tried a second PSN account (which worked!)

The issue only affects my main PSN account, so I believe the account link or authentication between PSN and GGG is broken.

I’ve already sent an email to GGG Support with a screenshot attached with no help.
