D3D12 Device Removed. Reason (0x887a0005)

Ever since the latest patch I have been getting a long freeze followed by my character being dead. I discovered if I press ESC when it freezes when it unfreezes the game is still paused but I managed to check logs when this happened and have included the image

Replying to state rolling back driver to Nvidia 566.36 has not fixed the issue

just when I update the Nvidia driver I got this issue.
currently on 576.80 rollback to 576.52 solved the issue for me. Working class aka Casuals. Gaming since 1990. Make Chaos DMG Great AGain. Last edited by kanemix#5581 on Jun 21, 2025, 6:52:12 AM
