Continuous crashes to desktop every map without fail

Hi team,
I have been experiencing crashes literally every map without fail since the latest patch.
Specs:
RTX3080
i7-12700K

Error code in event viewer is: 0xc0000005

I have tried:
- Reinstalling the game
- verifying files
- deleting shader folder
- uninstalling poe2
- changing game renderer
- running steam/PoE as admin
- running memory diagnostics
- running gpu tests
- moving the location of path of exile

this has started happening suddenly and I have no idea why or how to fix it. No other game is having issues and I am confident my hardware is not the issue

Force your CPU to run at a low clock speed and disable any and all boosting features on it and try again. I know it sounds silly but I had this issue a couple of leagues ago (random crashes to desktop) which also only occurred in PoE1 and for some reason lowering my CPU clock fixed the issue completely. To this day I have no idea why that was so.

It was also an Intel CPU but a much older model. I lowered the clock by lowering the multiplier in the BIOS. So just for testing lets say your CPU runs at 5GHz, try forcing it to run at 3.5GHz or something instead just to see if crashes go away. If they do, then at least you know what causes it and you can slowly bump the clocks back up until you hit the break point. And make sure you don't have boosting features enabled that push one core to 5GHz+.
