High Ping/Occasional disconnects

For some reason, the ping is consistently high, to the point where the game feels laggy. It's especially noticeable whenever I'm moving items in the inventory. The weird thing is, the server pings appears OK, but when I go into the game, the ping shoots up to 170+ ms. Not sure what's causing this.


I use the Canada East server. I tried Washington and I get the same problem.


The ping is constantly this high.

Others have complained about the lag spikes and disconnects, and I get those too. But those aren't as frequent as the constant high ping.
