Sudden region lock

I'm in US and playing this game on Steam.

Everything was fine until today.

I played the game until 11pm PST last night and went to bed.

When I woke up in the morning and tried to play the game again and boom, there was region lock on steam.

I researched and standalone version could be the answer and I tried to install that but I couldn't because I couldn't erase POE on Steam due to the fucking region lock.

Please can anybody help me with this issue?

Edited) FYI, There is no issue with POE2. I guess something fucked up on POE1.
