Backspace and Delete Keys Not Working in Game

Hi,
I'm experiencing an issue where the Backspace and Delete keys do not work in Path of Exile. All other keys on my keyboard function normally, and this only happens inside the game.

I tried verifying the game files through Steam. After doing that, the issue was temporarily fixed and worked fine during the next game session. However, the problem came back afterward, and verifying the files again didn’t help this time.

My keyboard works perfectly in other applications, so this seems to be specific to PoE.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
