I would like to report a serious server issue that occurred between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM. During this period, all players using the Singapore gateway were disconnected multiple times from the server. The disconnections affected everyone in the party and global chat, indicating it was not an isolated issue.

Please investigate the status of the Singapore gateway during that time frame, as the instability made the game unplayable for many users. We would appreciate any updates or explanations regarding the cause of the problem.

This is a serious issue that has been ongoing for quite some time, but lately, it has gotten significantly worse. Frequent disconnections combined with constant rollbacks have made the game increasingly unplayable. It happens so often that I’ve even heard players shouting in frustration over our Discord voice channel.

The problem becomes especially bad after 8 PM GMT+7, when ping spikes to over 3000ms. Please look into this urgently.

Imagine coming home after a long day at work, excited to enjoy some Path of Exile, only to be met with unbearable lag. We wait eagerly for every new league, but this persistent lag is ruining the experience.

This needs to be fixed.

Always disconnect and ping spike to 2000ms. lost lot of currency and map on singapore gateway . please fix it asap !

TRUEE , ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR YEARS ( the lagging ) now disconnect problem ... i dont like tis .

I have the exact same issue for years now, at first I thought its because of my ISP, but after changing to different ISP and upgrading my internet speed the issue still persists. Please fix this GGG!
