Hiring a merc directly into reserve makes them unavailable in the zone in which they were hired

Hired a merc directly into an empty reserve slot, then went back to hideout and invited them to active. They would not appear in the map where I hired them.

Im having a similar problem, but that the merc never appears in my hideout.

I had 2 kineticists.

Replaced the one i wasn't using with a Fallen Rev. Carried on mapping.
Went to hideout, not there.

Tried to edit hideout, refresh zone, logged out, logging in. Still not there.
Its just an empty flag and its not on the minimap.

So, I hired a new merc to fill the empty slot. Selected RESERVE to fill the empty spot.
Some thing. No 3rd merc :(
