Ultimatum - Stone Circle Bug.

There are talents on atlas tree which reduces stone circle ultimatum appearing.
Even when you take
100% increased chance to appear enemy defeat
100% increased chance to survive
100% increased chance to appear protect the altar
Nodes,

Out of 40 maps i did,
1 of them was enemy defeat
3 of them was survive and
36 of them STONE CIRCLES.

It can be a crazy rare probability. However when i looked up reddit,
most of the ultimatum runners confirming this.

Stone Circles are like %90+ chance to be appearing every ultimatum. Even you dont take the atlas nodes, it should be 1/4 chance to face stone altars, and with 3 nodes which increases other ones probability it should be like less way than 1/4.

You did maybe some more research ? I didnt found smth want helps.
A friend of of me did 10 Maps didnt got a single Circle i got 10 / 10 circle ... its so frustrating...

I have the same issue, but it's always with protect the altar
