Both Steam + Stand Alone on Mac Not working

Steam seems to attempt loading the game, then just shuts down the application, and the standalone installer won't even attempt to install. It claims it's damaged and recommends trashing the install.

Same issue here with Sequoia 15.5 on Macbook M3 Max. Did you find any solution to run the game?
