How Secrets of the Atlas Launch Went

"
This is the worst decision a manager can make. When you release a patch it is NEVER on a weekend (If you are unable to fix over weekend like in this case).

All content patches are done on weekends.
lost so much from damn rollbacks

thanks i guess...
we should just DDOS those jerks back. i dont understand why people get such a kick out of ruining other peoples fun. i bet they werent loved as children.( is that too harsh? nah.. probably not)
Just logged in game to test lag staff and got DC in first 3 min in Merc lab.

Oh yeah - DDOS is real.
So are we still in the "launch" period? Because the disconnects are still happening...
About the DDOS: I am from EU. I used to play WoW for a very long time. My friends from EU still play WoW. On EU servers. Me and them have never encountered so terrible issues with disconnects when playing WoW. I really doubt that Blizzard servers have an exception for DDOS attacks. So how come Blizzard can handle their infrastructure and it's security and stability better than GGG? Or is it something else than DDOS? Really guys, this is crazy what is happening now.
DDOS is just corporate talk. Watch them claim how they defeated the evil DDOSers once enough people stop playing and the servers return to normal.
Evening time comes - and EU servers are dead again.

Nothing is changed.

Im give up.

They won't return to normal. They haven't in ages.
The only difference will be that there won't be many players that are complaining and therefore GGG will go back to ignoring the whole situation.

Rinse and repeat next league.

/thread
Quin just got disconnected 5 times in a row on NZ realm while a viewer claims to be nuking the servers. Great PR for the game.

Edit: 7 disconnects + rollbacks and rising.
