could not overwrite executable with new patched executable

I found that some people fix it by changing the name of pathofexile.exe, but every time I try to change the name, it will say the program is currently running, pls close it and try again while nothing is running. I also checked the task manager to make its not running. Can someone help me? I can't play the game now:(

Restart your PC; don't run whatever is updating the game; try manually renaming the file again.

Tried, but it just keep saying Windows File Explorer currently opens the file pls close it and try again.

For those who have the same problem, I download a app called iobit unlocker to rename my file. Now the problem is fixed.
