Guild Hideout

The Guild Hideout has to be chosen very often, over and over again. I have to go back to an Act 2 NPC, Helena. Later I can do it from my personal hideout. It never stays chosen and I have to "swap" to it. I use a Tavern Hideout. It always stays customized with my clock map device and added assets, but it doesn't stay chosen.

Is this happening to anyone else?? This occurred in Phrecia as well.

Been trying to get assistance for almost as long via email support. After thry requested and received proof three times, then not getting updates for months, I get:

"As mentioned previously, we can confirm that this is a known issue that the team are looking into. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause."

Never once was it mentioned, and maybe had it been said I wouldn't have bought 3 more tier 3 supporter packs myself to donate and troubleshoot, or had a buddy take guild lead and also buy a tier 3 pack to donate a hideout that just doesn't keep!
