I had an exchange at end of Phrecia, and this transaction was completed ,but I can't claim it normally now, it takes up 1/10 of my space.

Go to character select
Click the >> button
Migrate all or migrate all from Phrecia to Standard (this will not apply to Mecenary characters)
You may have to go to Standard to claim the trades
Even if you no longer have the characters in Phrecia, the above process will still move the trades out of Phrecia.

My Phrecia character has to Standard a week, but still can't not to claim it in Standard.After that, i sent this post to seek help.

The >> button is at character select. Phrecia should be listed there to migrate.

this character was once in the Phrecia, but now is is a Standard character. And i have no character left in the Phrecia.
