[3.26] Exsanguinate/Reap Mines Elementalist - Fast & Tanky Allrounder
With the upcoming changes to Elementalist I theorycrafted a build I will leaguestart with. With a minmaxed setup it reaches 20M boss DPS (34M if using Reap swap), phys max hit of ~40K, ele max hit of 45k, with a life regen of up to ~1500/s.

Defence scaling: Conversion of Enemy Phys to Fire
The build leverages the new Shaper of Flames converting enemies' Physical Damage to Fire, stacking with a Kaom's Binding belt on the Mercenary for a whopping 65% conversion. I upped the max fire res to 87% using Ruby Flask, Purity of Fire and passive tree. Watcher's Eye can help us convert part of Lightning and Cold damage to Fire damage to leverage this max fire res even better. This achieves a 56% mitigation of physical damage before armour comes in. I also suggest stacking some life regen rate/life regen suffixes on armour since we can not leech with mines, and usually they're not valued very high in trade and we already have a good base with Stone Golem. You could throw in Pyroshock Clasp belt for even more phys conversion to fire (and to lightning), but not sure it is worth it over a good rare belt (losing the 20% mine throwing speed hurts). I'm thinking Putrified Blood might be better than Determination with the high regen but I haven't played with it much before. Ward might also prove an interesting layer instead of Armour/ES. The rest is pretty standard for an Exsanguinate Mines build (cold conversion, scaling crit & gem level), similar to Crouching Tuna's Trickster. The Reap swap is optional but could prove worth it for very juicy content e.g. T17 and Pinnacle bosses. Curious to hear if you have suggestions to improve this even more! Updated PoB since it got updated, unfortunately skill gems aren't in yet so still using custom config for golems.
