Players interaction is not working for me on PlayStation 5 version.

Since PlayStation got its update to PlayStation 5 app, I cant use any player interaction, whisper, trade, block, nothing, just a very null tab with "view profile" wich goes to PlayStation profile, I leaft that because was end of league, but now months later the problem still there and they are saying on support that they have no news about this isseu, Im a payer, I buy packs, I need my game working, is my right!!!!!!!

Yeah, and I tried to talk about it with email support, they told me to do this post aand thats all, they will not fix it nor girive any compensation for it... 250 days with the same bug is insane...

This is now fixed with the new league patch on ps5 finally.
