Ps5 trading issue. “Invalid query; Your account must be in-game to use this feature.”

I’ll try to make this brief. I’ve sent 2 emails regarding this to customer support but haven’t received a response. Ps5 trading is becoming a nightmare because no matter how many videos I’ve seen to fix the solution, I keep getting “Invalid query; Your account must be in-game to use this feature.” I’ve linked accounts, signed in through psn, made sure I logged in from poe2 site, etc but can’t initiate a trade unless I type out the entire message. I think the reason is I made an account for poe1 but never really played it. Seems my accounts are merged into poe1 and not poe2 yet I’m playing poe2, I don’t fully understand what I’m doing wrong. I’ve been waiting for a response from GGG to hopefully fix this. I know a lot of people are on the same boat. Hard to progress in the game with this issue. I just want all my info under poe2
