lost contanct with support

Dear GGG,
i know your support is really busy but i wrote you an email within the last month and also got an answer leading to the identification process. But after that everything stopped and i got no answer, i wrote 2 or 3 e mails as a reminder, but still got no answer. What do i do know? I wrote from another e mail adress. Can anyone please tell me what to do ? It´s been a month since the last contact now. Is there any possibilty to get an answer within the "message" system ?
