two accounts mess up everything

i am not sure how i have two accounts on the same email when i log in to the website. but here is my story on how this messes up everything and the game play experience in a small summary for everyone to see. when i log in on the website with my email it shows two accounts one is 0068 has no characters, 8284 has 2 poe1 characters (1 character is level 44 as a guild leader, the other low level) and 1 poe2 character level 2 as a guild leader. i go to manage account, will not let me delete the 0068. when i log into the xbox i bought some coins for poe1 that went to my 8284 account nice and easy from the xbox store. i bought the supporter starter pack for poe2 that set of coins went to 0068 which if you read earlier has no characters. so here comes the problem. if i change to the 0068 account on the xbox it goes to the character select screen to create a new character. will not let me do anything but create a character. will not let me go back to my other account 8284 to play those characters. i am now locked into making a new character and starting the game. if i try to go to the main menu it just shows me 0068 new character. cannot change back to 8284 account to play my characters. i have to delete the character and make a new one log in go to the first town log out and then the account switch screen will appear for me to log into 8284 where my guilds and characters reside. this also happens on poe2 anything i buy in the microsoft store is applied to the 0068 account now no longer goes to 8284. which is the account created by my xbox to play in the first place. at this point you can just keep the 300 coins. just delete the 0068 account because it makes the gameplay experience infuriating to even try to play if i have to juggle between accounts to even get to my characters. and forget about supporting the game or spending money on this buggy thing cause i cant use anything i buy on my account for the characters i play with.
