Xbox trade website doesn't work.

Can't direct message. It just keeps telling me I need to be in game... that's kind of difficult if a 3rd party website is required for trade. Make it make sense. My account is linked, I've tried both from the in-game trade website launcher and from separate devices.

Having perpetually terrible gear must be part of the vision.

Can you try logging in to the website using the Xbox icon rather than your email and see if that fixes it for you?
