No early access
Hi it's been 2 days and I'm still getting the message about not having early access when I used a key.. I've reached out to support but they have ghosted me. Is there any way of getting in touch with some kind of supervisor to get this issue fixed!?

And I can understand that if it was a couple of hours but it's been two days. And I've gotten a reply but nothing has been done even after I got a ridiculous request from the support person saying that I needed to have someone else email them and that my receipt for using the key wasn't enough evidence that my account is the rightful owner of the license to play the game

Ok. I can understand if something happened with an update that caused a bunch of people's accounts to have this issue.. supposedly you all fixed it but my account apparently got missed when you fixed it so now I'm having to wait for a support person to get back around to me so this issue can get resolved that you all caused.. I really don't understand what the issue is I have proof of the key I use the key on my account I did not share my Xbox account with anyone so what's the issue here I don't understand how I can speed this up anymore. I don't understand everything that goes on behind the scenes but it seems like all you really have to do is go into my account and give me access which I feel like shouldn't be too hard considering I've been playing the game for the last 5 months no problem now all of a sudden I can't. And if for some reason you all decide not to give me access on my account then I feel like I should get refunded for the coins that I bought seeing as how I don't have an account that can use them. This is the last time I'm going to try and reach out to anybody if this isn't solved in the next couple of hours there will be repercussions.
