Still can’t purchase support pack

after the recent patch I wasn’t able to log back in because I was a file sharer, fair.. but for the past 2 days I’ve been trying to purchase the support pack for the access key but met by errors every time. I’ve contacted ggg support but got no response. How long will this bug or error persist
