Problems with support
I haven't received a response from support regarding my problem in the game for a month. I've been struggling with this for 4 months, 4 months. Could you please give me some attention, reply to my email, is there any support available? That can save my experience that has already been destroyed in the game, please.

Vash, since January, you have been taking 4 months to respond, to solve a problem like this. It is sad, it is very sad. What you are doing to me, to the community, is very sad. Honestly, if there is no urgent change in GGG management, you will dig your own grave. Take this message to your superiors: "Sometimes we have to take a step back to gain momentum, to move forward." You are losing the essence that differentiated you from other companies, you are losing those who put you where you are now. Don't think that 1 player doesn't make a difference. It could be that today you made a decision that will cut short your future. Stop and think, look at the community, see their problems, help them, please. You need to bring the community back to your side and not divide or forget about them.

Same boat. My Account has been locked since late December when GGG admin account was Data Breached and alot of people were hacked.
4 months now, no responses via emails, and account is still locked. 300$ supporter pack down the drain :) |
