Account Problems since November
It's been nearly 5 months since I reached out to support for help.
All my previous characters are gone along with all my microtransactions. I imagine this had something to do with the server and database issues they had while preparing for the POE2 launch. Support did respond to my emails for a while, verifying that I was indeed the correct owner of the account. But 2 months ago the last response I got was that all was good and I would be sent redirect to the appropriate team to fix my issue. But like I said that was 2 months ago. I sent another email a couple weeks ago and that one had no answer too. I just want to get my stuff, I don't really care about the characters. But I spent over 100 euros in the game and would like to get that stuff or my money back... Last bumped on Apr 16, 2025, 7:50:56 PM

Hi vl0fast, I'm sincerely sorry to hear about this, and I apologise for our slower-than-usual support response times. We're currently dealing with a large number of support requests and are working to address them as quickly as possible and will do our best to get back to you as soon as we can!
