Emails to support are not receiving any response

As the title says, after the first email got a response which asked for my username and character names, and I replied, I haven't received a response since.

Not to that email, nor to any follow-up emails asking for a response.

That's how I've been feeling since December. Every few weeks I get exactly this question and shortly afterwards nothing happens. Then it starts all over again.
Maybe I should try working with a ticket system ;)
Same problem for me, my account has been locked since the end of December.

I've received a total of 3 e-mails from GGG support; 4 months later, account still locked and no response from the last email in nearly a week now.

As mentioned in our Customer Support Update from January, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard. This no longer has anything to do with understanding and patience. We already know the text by heart, nothing happens and when it's your turn, you get an answer with more questions and then it starts all over again and so on.
