mtx shop trouble

I have been trying for weeks to purchase the divine paladin supporter pack. But no matter which card I try to use i keep getting the same message each day saying "Oh no, it looks like there was a temporary error. No funds were debited from your account. Please try again." There is no reason why any of my cards should have trouble with the transaction. I used the "contact support" button that is in the checkout area to open a ticket and verify the account that it is connected to. It has been over a week since i put a ticket in and have not heard any response. (I apologize if this is the improper channel, I just didnt know where else to bring it up)
