I paid for early access but now my Xbox account is wiped

I already paid for early access when it first came out and have been playing fine up until most recent patch and now it’s saying I have to pay for the early access to play on my Xbox - which I have already. I have even spent additional money on buying stash tabs for my account and everything!

Is my poe2 account wiped? Please help me GGG this is absolutely devastating - if I pay for early access again will my characters still be there or has my account been wiped????
I’ve NEVER accout. Shared before - please this is so upsetting
