I am login from Steam, But i think my account is login by someone and took my all item , equiment , what can i do, that a Second time.

You're screwed short/medium term. They only do account support via email; and there's no way to remove the thief's email yourself. They will lock your account completely on your first email, then due to how backlogged their support email account is it will take multiple months to exchange enough messages to confirm that you actually own the account and restore your access.
