3 Month Process Trying to Unlock My account

3 months down the road and I've still yet to get my account unlocked after my account got locked back in January due to someone else logging into it and getting ahold of my items (and me reporting it) so they put a lock on my account.

Anyone else having issues with this?

I've emailed support COUNTLESS amounts of times, and have yet to get more than 1 - 2 emails back after doing what they've asked me to do.

U are not alone on this im facing the same issue...
Its been a bad experience contacting the support :/
Its not fair for people to buy the EA and not been able to play...
and the release of the game its around the corner.
Yea, thanks for the reassurance LOL! I've been emailing literally daily trying to get a reply.

So happy i've spent so much money between the EA Pack and multiple MTX's I've bought and had my own account locked for 3 months now, due to reporting a hack that happened and I AM the one punished for it on my OWN ACCOUNT.

I love not having ANY access at ALL to what belongs to me.

Super frustrating; I just don't believe it takes 3 months to reply to a ticket for something that was so major and affected multiple people.
Craziest part is I had to make another PoE account just to make a forum post as everything on my main account has been locked.
Today is the 4 month marker, account still locked and not a single peep from GGG support.
