Account blocked. What can I do ?

Hello,
I've been sending an email in january saying that my account was blocked. I got an answer telling me that I had to send some informations like the account name with the 4-digit discriminator and the name of some of my characters but then, I got no answers. And because I still don't know what to do, I just created this account to write on the forum. So, my account was blocked when I tried to play in January. I launched the game with steam. I can't play PoE1 or PoE2 even though I have something like 294 hours and I paid some stashes. I can give the account name with the 4-digit discriminator but, for the names of my character, it will be harder because I remember deleting them to create new ones. I don't have the name in my head but I can think of some I usually use. My question is : Is there a way for me to get my account back even if I can't remember the exact names of the characters I have or am I supposed to play with the new account I created, putting my items, my stashes, the money I put in the game in the trash ? Hey there, I'm very sorry to hear this, and I apologise for our slower-than-usual support response times. As mentioned in our Customer Support Update from January, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard. Yep well, still no answers beside the "we have a lot of tickets".. I won't be angry because I know it's difficult but... well.. almost 4 months since the last mail and still no clues about what to do ..
