No response from support in over 3 months!

Hi,
So I have been requesting a refund and email change (due to a typo) since, November 28 2024. After a back a and forth with support with a bunch of questions I haven't received anymore replies since January 4th 2025. Isn't this a bit too long? Couldn't the refund be straight away issued and then deal with the ongoing email problem? I can't believe that the support response time still hasn't improved since the release of the early access.
