So we bought the early acces, We bought some currency to spend on stash sales. With me worked everything fine. Now my friend did not see the coins added. Seemed like the coins where added to his xbox acc and not the pc acc. He sended over like allot of mails. They replied in the beginning asking to give some info. This was months ago, and never responded again. Now months later, still no help. Can somebody PLEASE look into it. Its affecting his/our game experience. of using tabs/trade/organize/etc. In my opninion this is rediculous to wait so long for money that he spend to be handled correctly, its even frustrating me and our experience.
