I can't change my email address, which leads to my failure in receiving the unlock code of the game
I need to change my email address, but I haven't received the verification code in my new email yet. As a result, I also haven't received the unlock code for my game. I have already sent an email to GGG, but I haven't received a reply yet. I hope the administrator can resolve this issue. Thank you. My original email address is [Removed by Support], and now I need to change it to [Removed by Support].

There wouldn't be much point in sending an email to the new address. "VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish. Hello! I'm currently facing a very troublesome issue. My old email address is unable to receive the verification code, which has resulted in my game being locked for a whole day already. During this period, I sent an email to GGG, but I haven't received any reply yet, nor have I received the unlock code. I'm desperately hoping that you can assist in fixing this problem so that my game email can automatically receive the verification code properly. They'll respond to your email once it reaches the top of the queue; their support staff are currently overwhelmed with tickets (and have been since last year...), so response times are pretty awful at the moment. They won't help with account stuff over the forum.

I haven't received a reply email from GGG for two days. I'm so sad. Because I can't receive the unlocking code for the game, I'm unable to play it. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
