I claimed the pet 9 days ago but still did not receive in game

Open your account settings by clicking on your name in the top left corner.
In the new window, click on Manage Account on the right side under your avatar.
On the bottom you will see Social Connection for [Account Name] and click on View Rewards for Twitch. After that it should be available in-game (no need to disconnect if you're online).

Thank you for the reply. I checked in view rewards and it shows rewards there, but they do not show up in game.
