Network Issues since 0.2.0 patch

Hi, looking for help. After the launch of 0.2.0 patch i've been having multiple issues with mi network connection to Washingtong D.C. server making extremely difficult to fully enjoy the game cause of all the lag.

I've already did some controls on my end like restarting my local routing tables, restarting my modem, turning of my firewall and make sure im the only one using my internet but none of that has helped, it seems is from the server and at some misterious moments in the day the connection returns to be normal.

pls help couldn't find any topic related to the best practices to apply from a network configuration perspective to avoid any network issue with the game.
