I sent my issue already and sent them an email but no reply at all I just want GGG to replace the pack i bought since its duplicate, The $90 Paladin Pack. to Zealot penance Pack.

Yeah i spent a lot in game. but got no decent reply or fix. might as well ask refund from my bank if they don't fix this week.

You should 100% go through your bank to get your money back. You will not hear from GGG or they will not take they steps to fix the issue anytime soon. My thoughts are they are trying to make you wait it out for a long time so it's harder to fight it.

Same issue. I've been contacting support since Dec. 12, 2024. I've gotten two responses from two separate support staff only for them to then fling their computers into the void never to be heard from again. 😒
