Microtransaction problem and Too much delay for a new response from GGG
I'm waiting for a response or a solution for my problem for to many days... I understand that hte launch of Poe 2 new season causes some delay to reply e-mails... But they already have requested me some info to help me in my case... But suddenly disappeared! Im waiting 4 days without send to them a new e-mail... Hoping that in any moment someone helps me before its to late...

Okay... But they already respond asking for some info that I just give some minutes after requested... So... In theory my "case" is already open right? And in this case isn't better for who take care of the e-mail support to solve first that "open cases" ?
I'm just asking because sounds weird to me awnser fastly in the begining and later practicly disappear ? But well... I can just wait for now I guess... |
