Penance Supporter Pack not received

Hello guys,

I have purchased penance supporter pack from PS store on ps5 pro...

Nothing from the pack got applied to my account.

I have sent an email to support - you can check [Removed by Support] - with the purchase details and PS order number.

I haven't gotten any reply, also tried reaching out through twitter and didn't get a reply.

my purchase was on the 6th of April and we are now on the 14th.....
not a single reply from support.

a reply with estimated resolve time would be nice... and also the sale on the point shop is basically over so this delay in delivery made me miss the sale..

how are you going to resolve this? even with large amount of support requests a week (+1 day) is a long wait time for a customer.
