Trying so desperately to get support ticket response.
I've asked on all social medias and in other posts , just wondering if there is another pile up of support emails as I have yet to hear from support (been 11 days) Wondering if i should let my refund window close while I get zero support
some sort of notification like last time if there is a delay would be appreciative. I check before i go to bed when i wake up and its actually pushing me away from poe completely to the point I just purchased LE and ready to turn my back completely. are there any other ways? contact tencent directly? just trying to understand what to do now besides put a thumb up my... Get this guy some help! Look at all those expensive supporter packs!
In the Help and Information section (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-forum/help-and-information) they are saying(maybe automated?): "If you have already contacted us at support@grindinggear.com, we will respond to you as soon as we can. We are currently working through a very large number of support requests, but please rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible." It will take some time it seems for anything billing/banned-locked related. a long while. However you could "try" tencent but I have a feeling even though they owns the shares (The Company) they won't be able to assist you just because their support reps may not have access to what they need because they are just support reps from the Parent Company of GGG. Not a GGG support rep. But I mean if you are desperate, could be worth a try. Sorry this don't really help none :( |

I hate to be one of those players but its been over 11 days now , I've not gotten a response and am completely demoralized and unmotivated to play the game (probably uninstall). A long time fan and supporter of poe 1 and aside from the nerfs I was enjoying poe 2.
I'm stuck in a position where I don't know what to do , if I send a new email support it just makes things worse. Can a GGG support get in touch even if just a automated response that there are delays because 11 days waking up to nothing is beyond feeling ignored.. i feel like my support is unappreciated or respected.. |

11 days is nothing. I preordered poe2 back in November through steam, and i didn't know i had to link my steam account to poe (makes sense hindsight) I asked them to merge my two accounts (on day 1 of poe2 launch (dec 6)) or just move over my preorder coins and skins to my main account because steam didn't get all the items i purchased in the past few years on POE1. i got a response 10 days later saying sure we can do that send names on the characters on the two accounts. So i did on Dec 16, haven't heard back. I resend the info that was asked from me once a month. still nothing. Being Ghosted for 5 months is not what i condsider good customer support.

I'm still awaiting a response to my ticket, almost at the 4 MONTH mark since my PoE 2 account was LOCKED due to their DATA BREACH; and my account getting hacked.
Wish you the best of luck, and getting a response.. It's painful. |
