Got my account hacked - Need help asap

I just woke up and found my account hacked, with all my stuff gone

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com if you haven't already so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.

GGG will not restore your items.
If you're able to recover your account on your own (reset GGG, email, steam passwords) DO NOT EMAIL SUPPORT. If you do they will immediately lock the account until you can prove it's yours. Unfortunately support is still massively backed up on those requests, ad you'll be in line behind people posting despondent threads here about being locked out for 3-4 months. Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? |

Well, that sucks. First thing I did was CONTACT SUPPORT, lmao.

It takes about 2-4 emails to verify the information, and it takes more than 30 days to receive a reply to each email. Therefore, it will take at least two months to get your account back, and they will not compensate for any losses. |
